LUVR Web Design (LUVRWD) is geared only for designing a website's interface -the graphical and textual layout (not the hosting part). My original skill level resides back in early HTML 4.0X and of table layouts, but I can put together a remarkable layout. Still, times have changed and there is a rare use for HTML table designs; everything is CSS, PHP or Flash-based. I use a mixture of HTML and CSS to accomplish the design project needs and demands.

Why the low prices? I've done a lot of research and I found that most freelance and professional designers cost a whole lot more than the average person can (or wants) to pay. All designers do one thing, though: they get your own website and/or business out on the Internet. Some companies may be more in-depth in their designing and can offer different features and that's when all they high-end prices come into play. Let's be reasonable, my fees are affordable and well worth it. "Why?" Because I choose to work with clients who want a simple but satisfying web layout that gets their own name or their business' name out on the Internet. I prefer this since it's in my comfortable design range and my clients comfortable price range.

What are the prices? The absolute basic fee is $150 with LUVRWD and $120-200 from host (depending on plan). More fees can and do apply (with LUVRWD & host provider) and you can view them here.

The companies I use are Advanced Network Hosts and CHI Host. Both are located in Chicago, Illinois and are 100% creditable, guarantee 99.9% uptime, and are ran by the same management. I trust them 100% with my life (online, that is). Tech support usually responds within 20 minutes!

Steps and Information to Setup Your Website...

Please read EVERY step before beginning!!!

Note: LUVRWD is for Designing a website, not Hosting one. I have absolutely NO control of ANH/CHIHost or their prices.

1. Check out the ANH/CHI Price Chart for prices for a web host and domain; and then my fees page for designing prices.

3. Read the Terms of Services for policies and disclaimers. Be sure you agree before proceeding.

4. If you're not ready to signup, get a free quote. It only costs 5 minutes of your time.

5. If you're ready, email me a day or so ahead of time letting me know you're going to setup your account. When we've made contact, you can process the ANH/CHI signup page.

5.b. know the domain name and the hosting plan (1 year plans are highly suggested) that you want. See if domain is available here.

5.c. When you begin to signup, don't forget to include the referral information in the bottom questions/comments box!

5.d. It is essential that you also include LUVR@wandrewc.com in either the primary or secondary email field. If you choose not to, you HAVE to forward the Setup Email to me immediately upon receiving it. Don't login, don't change the password or anything else. It will void any work I can or will do.

5.e. In the "Questions or Comments" box at the bottom of the signup form [see image 1 or 2], it is VITAL that you put the exact text: "Referred by Andrew Coody of LUVR Services at http://luvr.wandrewc.com" in that box. This is part of the implied agreement between LUVR Services and the ANH/CHI owner.

6. Once you've met all of step 5's requirements, go ahead and submit the order. The Setup Email should arrive to you within 5-30 minutes. As soon as you get it forward it (but keep a copy for yourself). Again, don't login, don't change the password or anything else. It will void any work I can or will do.

Note: Now. Your hosting account and domain is setup for 1 (or 2) years. It can take up to two days for your website to propagate (be made public) on the Internet. So in this time frame, you can proceed with my fees.

7. First of all is the Setup fee and Design fee. Both are required before I start designing. When you're ready to pay those two fees, call or email me and I'll give you a special link that you can use at PayPal.com to pay. Payment types: PayPal transfer, Visa, MC, Amex, Disc. These are the only methods of payment available.

8. After the payments are received I will put up a very basic noticed that the website is up and running and is under construction. Then, you and I will need to schedule a date to get together to literally draw up an ideal layout. (This is the overall hardest part of all)

9. After we've met and agreed on a design, I progressively work on the design until the layout is as close as possible to the draft.

10. Once the design is in place, then content and pages can be added. It is now time to pay for a page package and any features.

11. From there on out it's as simple as adding and updating pages or features as necessary.

12. It is possible that after your website is setup that you can takeover the designing (should you have the software and skills). Should you have somebody or yourself come available to do this, then please contact me for more details about how this works.

This process may be a little overwhelming. Call or email me if you have any questions or comments.
