Third-Party Policy I do not and will not ever share or sell your information with any companies, organizations, or individuals. The only thing that will be made public is the name, link, and a picture of your website on my portfolio/links page.
Account Disclaimer I cannot and will not be held responsible for any account errors, data losses, hacks/cracks, etc. If you ever choose to cease to use LUVRWD before your hosting package or domain name expires, it is at your own risk and expenses to pay to cancel it or to transfer it.
Design Disclaimer (A) After I have received the "Account Setup" e-mail from you, I will change the master account login password for administrative and for safety purposes (please don't login and modify ANY settings). This is so no one can login and delete or modify settings or files and put fault towards me or LUVR Services.(B) I do not have the skills to build Flash-based websites so I will never charge you to design one. If I should ever design in Flash, I will put up a notice or contact you and offer it as a feature to you.
Payment Disclaimer Advanced Network Hosts and CHIHost both accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, & PayPal. I accept PayPal (which accepts all 4 major CC). All payments are due before services will be rendered. ANH/CHI charge taxes, LUVR Services does not.
Notification Disclaimer An LUVRWD copyright mark will be appended to your website as long as you use LUVRWD. No exceptions whatsoever. This is the mark: "Website by LUVR Web Design."
Independent Design Disclaimer Permission was granted by the ANH/CHIHost CEO to perform independent web designing. Web Hosting is courteously provided by Advanced Network Hosts/CHIHost.
Hosting Company Disclaimer In the past, the use of a hosting company besides ANH or CHIHost would incur a $100 fee. This is no longer an option. Hosting will only be rendered by ANH or CHIHost. No exceptions unless previously arranged.
Change-of-Designer Disclaimer If you ever decide to change to another web designer, it is your responsibility to pay any balances you own to LUVR Services. After balances are paid, I will pass on the account login to you, remove my copyright mark, and anything related to LUVR Services or myself.
The Terms of Service is subject to change at any time for any reason.
